At Calming Waters Counseling Services we believe in helping you identify perceptions. For example, it’s very likely nothing is “wrong” with you, you’ve just hit a little bump in the road and need help seeing it more clearly. 

We want to help you better understand how you feel and how you may internalize various life challenges. Therapy is about you and the relationship we build together as we work on your treatment. Together we’ll uncover what’s going on and help you resolve any problems or issues that you’ve been struggling to work through on your own.
